We were very pleased with the installation of the new dual heat pump system. Phillip and Elijah were very respectful of the property. Installation was quick for everything they had to do. They removed all old furnace parts and cleaned up the entire area. Phillip took the time to show us how to use the new thermostat. I would recommend Alpha Heating and Air to anyone needing a new system. The quality of work was excellent!

Phil is a wonder gentleman. He really cares about taking care of his customers. He always takes into consideration his customers financial situation and works with you to make sure you have heat or air conditioning. He is very professional and polite. I feel like a lot of companies give you this outrageous estimates and when you say you can't afford that, they say to bad and walk away. Alpha Heating and Air did a complete HVAC install in my old 1943 home with an up to date high efficiency dual fuel system. Duct changes were needed to create better air flow through the house and Phillip and Elijah were able to accomplish what I needed to make the home feel more comfortable. Absolutely fantastic service! Ice falling from our roof took out our heat pump. They fixed our HVAC heat pump quickly and efficiently.
