I called around 8am and by lunch they were here. Very professional, knew exactly what was wrong with my heater (it was blowing cold air). I am so appreciative for the fast and reliable service. I don't think it has ever worked this well. Thank you Alpha. I am definitely telling friends and family about this company.

Family owned business- The owner and all the employees work incredibly hard — often out in the heat, working long hours just to make sure their customers are taken care of. Everyone is professional, kind, and clearly dedicated to doing the job right. It’s rare these days to find a company that works with such honesty and commitment, and it really shows in the quality of their service. I’m so thankful for all the hard work they do, especially in such tough conditions. I would recommend Alpha Heating and Cooling to anyone looking for a company that truly puts their customers first. Alpha heating and cooling came out and fixed our issue with the A/C right away. I'm most impressed with how nice he was. Most service techs these days are so darn rude, but not from this company. 5 stars for sure!!

We've been using Alpha for almost 3 years, and we are very pleased with their service. My 80-year-old grandmother likes Jason quite a bit, and dealing with Sammy on the phone is wonderful as well. And our tenants really like them also. It's kind of odd to have a tenant tell you that they like your AC man and only want him to come. - They just came out on a Friday morning (same day, within 2 hours in the summer) to take care of my grandmother's AC being out, and I'm so grateful. We used the same company for our rental units and homes for well over a decade, and we are so happy we switched.

Best company in the wiregrass and surrounding area. Mr. Samuel went above and beyond to help us get a complete Ac unit installed after ours broke. He was here on a Sunday morning without complaint and always has a smile on his face. Their rates are probably the best in the area and you would not regret using this company.
