This company does not stand behind its work or honor its stated warranty. We had our door lock replaced and it broke after less than two months of use. I contacted customer service to come out and repair it. It took two days for a technician to call me back. When he did he told me I would be charged again for the service call and labor. I reminded him the invoice/receipt stated there is a 90 day warranty on parts and labor. He told me there was nothing he could do. I plan to file a formal complaint and see if I can get a refund through my bank. Save yourself a lot of aggravation and chose another company.

I have used Alpha Lock several times over the years (door lock installations & door alignment adjustments), and they have become my go-to locksmiths in Hoboken. Today, Robert changed out a broken Emtek keyless door lock - he arrived when he said he would, and was efficient (in & out in 20 minutes). He also explained the long-term care, and reminded me to change out the batteries every six months. Overall, would highly recommend.

Charged 350 for a locked car door. I hope i can save you the money before you call. This is also not the amount i got charged by other companies. Rip off completely, My mistake for calling, never again.
