These guys are hot and cold. Notice that they have either 1 star or 5. I would have given them 5 stars the first time they came out- they were very helpful in repairing our boiler, but kept telling us we should replace it soon. Fast forward to after we paid them nearly $20,000 for a new system. First they sent out two guys- one that worked hard all day for several days, and one that spent half the day using our bathroom and didn’t seem to do much else. When they were done, one room didn’t have heat at all, but they did come out and look at it eventually. Now they won’t answer phone calls or questions for the system they put in that is under warranty and is not working well. If I could give them more stars I would. Not only did Justin come out late at night to help us when our gas furnace went out, but he noticed a disturbance in the flames after he had fixed it and discovered it was leaking Co2. He worked with our lack of financing for a new furnace and went above and beyond to find one that was the correct fit for our home within our price range. When his team Mario and Jason came to install it the three of them were so kind, all of them explained things very clearly for us, and did everything in their ability to make sure we had heat and were safe. Having problems with our air conditioner. Called another company and they referred us to Alpha Mechanical. I called and spoke with Justin. He was so friendly and was able to send somebody over the same day to look at our unit. Unfortunately we needed a new unit but we kind of expected that. However, their service technician was professional and courteous and helped walk us through the process of where we needed to go from here. Their invoice was e-mailed timely and our experience was excellent. Will most likely stick with these guys to help us with a new unit. Definitely would recommend them to anyone! Thank you so much!! Alpha Mechanical just replaced my furnace and condenser. They did a great job and fixed multiple issues with how the previous system was installed. They took extreme pride in their work and fixed multiple things that they felt could be improved. I had received a bid from another company in the valley, and Alpha gave me a better furnace, American made product, a better warranty for a better price. I highly recommend Alpha to anyone who has issues with their system.

Last year my furnace went out. They were there same day to fix it. When the repair was more severe than anticipated, they got us space heaters that kept the entire house warm until the parts came in. This winter my furnace hiccuped again. (It's old) Again, they were very efficient and had the furnace up and running in record time. They put in honest work at honest prices. I'd highly recommend.
