I originally believed I was hiring Alpha and Omega for my siding installation, but the project was unexpectedly farmed out to a third-party crew I had never been informed about. That lack of transparency was disappointing from the start. Unfortunately, the quality of the installation reflected that. The siding details were done poorly and did not meet professional standards. Great job, put Metal Roof, fixed all siding (was old brittle 20 yr old siding), installed beautiful 5” downspouts everywhere needed, fantastic crews, me and my wife are very happy with price, process, and result.

When my roof started to leak on my 6 year old home, we contacted Alpha and Omega because they are the contractor that installed it when it was built. They were very slow to respond to my multiple calls and emails. We remained patient while we watched water drip through our bedroom ceiling. We finally received a call from them and had service scheduled 7/11 between 8a and 11a. No one called. No one showed. Clearly my leaking roof is not a priority to them. My rating of 2 stars is due to they less than wonderful work that they did which caused my roof to leak and more importantly due to poor communication and lack of follow through. I suggest that you consider other companies for your roofing needs.

From start to finish I was delighted with Alpha Omega. Our salesman, Matt was knowledgeable and great at walking us through the process. The installation began in a reasonable amount of time and the crew was not only efficient but very courteous as well. Several neighbors commented on how nice the roof looked. What surprised me was that the day after installation, David came out and did a final inspection to make sure everything was done correctly. Great company to deal with!
