We spoke with Rob Sr. at Alpha and Omega and set up an apt. Rob Jr. came and we discussed all the issues we were having and he was able to replace some parts in our spot light and figured out why the breaker was popping. We had the problem fixed and everything is working. I had him make some adjustments with the timer and direction of the bulbs and everything is back to normal. When all the snow is gone we are going to use them again to figure out some other problems we are having outside. They worked with us on a price and they were very nice and accommodating. My home generator needed service. I called Alpha and Omega was laid after hours. Rob answered the phone and explain that he could not service my unit. However, he was very very helpful and polite and directed me to two other companies that actually service my Centurion generator got nothing out of it and he went out of his way to help. A father and son combo that tops all others. These two gentlemen have strong values which is reflected in the respectful way they uphold themselves in your home. Their electrical work is thorough and safe. 10/10 recommend these guys.

I would highly recommend Alpha&Omega Electric. Honest father/son family business. Quick response time and they offer emergency services also. Rob was extremely friendly courteous and professional. He went above and beyond to diagnose and repair the issue and made sure everything was safe and up and running in a timely fashion. They won't overcharge or try to sell you something you don't need and it's breath of fresh air to have a good honest contractor doing the right thing by the customer. Wonderful experience! I was in a hurry to get a fairly large job done. I got a quick appointment and both Rob Sr. and Rob Jr. were prompt and professional. They really knew their stuff and completed the whole job timely. They found a dangerous condition with my pool which I was unaware of. So glad they noticed that! They came back the next day to complete that as well and the price was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend!
