I had a new shop built and needed dimensions for the opening of the door and Mary was so patient with me and explained what the prices were and availability of different sizes. When it came time to order the garage door she went over and beyond to have me taken care of the very next day. A Saturday. The crew came out and was so friendly and professional. They tackled the install quickly. Thank you guys for happily working on a freezing cold Saturday for me.

Called to schedule a service call and the lady on the phone quoted me for travel and a service call plus supplies and said my estimate was around $300 but the service call and travel already equaled more than that. She was very clueless and just spouting off numbers and none of it added up.

My spring broke Saturday during the Memorial Day weekend. I called one company and had an Appointment for 4 pm on Tuesday. When they didn’t arrive and put me off to the next day, I called Alpha late Tuesday afternoon. Alpha arrived within 2 hours and replaced my spring. They even called to let me know the repairman was close. I will use this company for now on. Excellent customer service.
