We recently used Alpha to replace an aging roof, and we went went them due to their 5-year Workmanship warranty and their commitment to quality. Initially, we weren't impressed with the work their subcontractors did but it appeared it was a miscommunication. Shane and Cody, the owner and the salesman, worked tirelessly and extremely hard to make sure we were happy with our roof. They personally showed up to resolve the issue themselves to ensure that the job was done to our satisfaction, and it was. I would highly recommend Alpha. Their commitment to a job well done is unparalleled and not just a part of their sales pitch; they will work hard to make sure you're satisfied. We are now very happy with our new roof! David was amazing!! He was so helpful on the phone and really explained the situation I was dealing with. I had called the company for a second opinion and he definitely gave me an honest assessment and told me he would see if there was a way to only replace part of the vent boot to save some money which right now with everything going on was great to hear. I was told he would contact me the day I called in to inquire about our leak and he did and set up an appointment two days later. He was very punctual and gave me a 30 minute notice prior to his arrival. He was very swift with his work and did a great job. Strongly recommend using Alpha! David handled everything and did great work! Very responsive and professional. I had a few leaks in my roof. After inspecting, they came out quickly and fixed the issues in just one day! And the work they did is covered for several years so they said if I have any issues, they’ll come back out if need be. I feel very confident in using them for all my future roofing needs.

My home was impacted by the Tornado that struck Newnan, Ga in late March. Alpha Roofing was first to the property and stood by me and my wife until the job was complete. Shayne, David, and Tyler were all great to work with! The customer service is unmatched, Communication is off the charts, and their quality work is very impressive. I definitely enjoyed my whole experience with this company. I was worried about my roof after a bad storm came through a few weeks ago. Tyler and Abbi was highly recommended to me from a friend. I gave them a call and they where more than happy to come out and inspect my roof. My work hours are hectic they worked around my schedule and was able to come at moments notice for the inspection.
