Just had the builder floors removed downstairs. Seemed like builder floors were better than they were. Very low quality product that couldn’t be refinished. Our house is one on a slab. Lowe’s wanted to charge almost 6k just to remove the old floors. Got a second opinion from A.R.E which is on post and hwy 9. Significantly better price and floors are much better than any of the big box store offerings. Highly recommend Daniel & Sable! They did a great job. 1650 square feet done. 1.5 days to remove 1.5 days to install and 1 day to do all touch ups we pointed out. Experience was fantastic. Day one was messy. Couldn’t be happier!

I was looking for a very specific carpet for my stairs and found a few places that carried it. I selected A.R.E. and I am very pleased with the result! The carpet was special order and was going to take 2 months to arrive but actually came in a month earlier than expected which was great. The installer was so meticulous and did a wonderful job making everything look amazing! I had front and rear stairs covered with Anderson Tuftex herringbone print (plaza taupe).

Philip and Lauren were a delight to work with! Philip provided excellent service with hardwood, carpet, and LVP installation. They went above and beyond for us on every corner and even came back to fix the floors after painters striped the clear coat off. This is a very well run company with their customers best interest always first.

Our floors are beautiful - engineered hardwood downstairs and carpet upstairs. Phillip and Lauren were great to work with, helping us with our vision and color matching, too. Installation was great, and we couldn’t be happier.
