After calling about a half a dozen companies that wanted to charge me hundreds of dollars just to look at my units, I found Alpine. Corey was incredibly helpful and was able to quickly get me a quote without charge. As soon as we closed, they came out and assessed the job, ordered the equipment and had it installed before we moved in. They were friendly, helpful, professional and very competitive in pricing. Alpine accepted an appointment to do a diagnostics work and backed out last minute. I understand that my appointment is not important compared to others who need their AC working again in the middle of a sweltering summer. I also understand that things happen in general and appointments need to be rescheduled, but my tenant had to pay to board her dogs, arrange her work schedule to accommodate the appointment and in the end to hear Alpine said they’re not interested in doing the diagnostics work. They could have called me much earlier as the appointment was made almost a week in advance. Alpine HVAC provided us with a cost-effective HVAC replacement of our 22-year-old system (second floor attic location) and an upgrade to a Carrier 3-ton 2-stage R-454 system. Corey provided a quote on the same day it was requested, including an on-site inspection to verify the quote. The installation team of Ruben and Javier were efficient, no damage to stairs or flooring, and responsive to any questions we had on the system operation and new WiFi thermostat. They finished the removal of the old system and installed the new components in less than 7 hours. They also swept and cleaned up after the install. Called Alpine because one of the biggest companies around town quoted me something insane for a 10-minute fix. They came out within 20 mins of my call (while the other guy was still here) and walked me through the whole process on why my AC wasn't working and how he was going to fix it so I know how to do it in the future. Super nice guy and a great price. Will be using in the future

Slightly regrettably, I bought a fantastic unit from Alpine Heating & Air shortly before deciding to move. So I didn’t get to appreciate the unit for very long. But, I will 100% call Alpine when my new-to-me-house needs AC work. They were quick to provide a quote, were reasonably priced, switched out the system expediently while making sure to protect my carpets, and when the home inspectors noted an issue during the sale inspection, Alpine gave the unit a once over without charging me, as they stood by their product and installation. (The issue was the inspector running the AC when temperatures were below freezing). I only wish I could have brought that AC with me.
