Amy is the best! I dropped by with my key fob that had exploded into tiny pieces after dropping them and she was able to fix it no problem! Alpine Lock and Safe is lucky to have such competent and kind staff on board- give this woman some praise (and a raise!). Thanks Amy!

I’ve been emailing with Ame at the office and her communications were prompt and to the point and she fit our little project in right away! We have purchased hardware from Alpine on multiple occasions, and had them install new hardware and fix problems with existing hardware. The staff is incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and friendly. At our request, Alpine even made a late-night service call to assist one of our neighbors, who had locked herself out of her house. We have done business with a number of similar businesses in multiple states. The service we have received from Alpine is by far the best we have ever experienced.

Terrell was beyond amazing. I locked the keys in a rental car with exceptionally difficult anti-theft protections. He was patient, kind, and persistent working to get the car unlocked.
