I had an issue with my new water heater for a second time after moving into new home. I made a call on a Saturday afternoon and Bart P. was at my home in less than 2 hours to replace with a new unit. I can't say enough how pleased my wife and I are with how quickly the situation was resolved. Bart is a huge asset to Alpine Plumbing and I recommend them to anyone in need of their service!

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! If you want a thorough inspection of any plumbing issue, I would not recommend Alpine Plumbing. The technician would not listen to our concerns, nor did he actually run a full diagnostic check of our water heater and checked one faucet for about ten seconds. He was in and out in under twenty minutes. Meanwhile my entire household only has about eight minutes of hot water usage TOTAL, before it goes cold, and then we have to wait about six hours to have hot water again. Rinse and repeat.

Alpine did a great job, dealing with my tankless water heater and more. I was having warranty issues and they were on it with quick installation, troubleshooting and repair. Jeremy especially came back the next day even after problem came back. Overall, fast scheduling, great service and repair.

One of Alpines installers took tools and batteries right out of my garage. Called them to look at our water heater because they installed it a few years ago(and had to fix it twice). They sent someone over and two drills 6 small batteries and a big battery went missing. The owner of alpine said he would make it right by sending a check for the tools but did not follow through. FYI the first installer left a gas hose loose and our garage filled with gas. Just to let everyone know I had to leave my wife and 7 week old were home while the tech robbed us of our possessions. If you would like to be relieved of your possessions use Alpine.

No response to Emergency request for new builds.I see quality of plumbing is very poor.Within one month of move-in, lot of plumbing issues. Very lazy people and rude.Not even did 1 minute analysis for repeated issues at same place and concludes whatever they gets in mind.No resolution for repeated issues. Toilet Flange has been broken during construction and not resolved within warranty period.Please avoid buying home if you see Alpine there.
