Al's Appliance Repair

Randy was great! Fair price for repairing our washing machine. Almost cried when I could wash the first load. He was here when he said he would be and finished quickly.

I was calling for a refrigerator repair and the man was so rude he didn't even give me a chance to describe anything I tell him what the refrigerator is doing and the name of it and he was just rude not worth looking at Was all the hell he said

I ordered a dishwasher from Amazon. Terry from Al's installed it for me. Excellent job. I'm very pleased and would recommend this business to anybody who needs an install or repair. Thanks Terry!

They didn't have the part I needed but told me where to go to get it. That was so nice. If they hadn't told me I would have been waiting 2-3 weeks to get my dryer fixed. Thank you so much for being kind and helpful even when you didn't get my money. If I ever need appliance repair, I'm calling you guys!

WASTED MY WHOLE DAY!!! Called Al's appliance, and was told by the person on the phone to send text with info and they would be out the next day. Waited all day with no show and finally texted at 2 pm asking if they were still coming today. No reply, not even a followup text to say something delayed the repair. BAD BUSINESS!!
