Al is the best! I’ve had him out for heater time ups for a few years now, fast, responsive and does great work. And tolerates my dog following him around. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend!

Without hesitation I would recommend Al and his company for any of your HVAC needs. He was quick to respond. Faster than any other service provider. He was at our house the same day we called. Got the house cooled down with a temporary fix and was back 2 days later to do the work. He gave us our options and we ended up replacing / upgrading our AC unit per Al's recommendation. He gave us a competitive and fair price, professionally installed the unit and did a very thorough and professional job. An overall excellent service experience. Bottom line, give him a shot, you'll be happy you did. Trustworthy guy, hard working and professional. Unlike anyone else in his line of work. We will be using him again.

UPDATE to my previous post regarding Al's Heating, Cooling & Plumbing in Pottstown. I came to find out Al had not gotten back to me due to a family emergency which had him out of town for several days. He contacted me immediately when he saw my review and felt horrible about the situation. After speaking with him, I could tell he was sincere and completely understood the reason. He came out to my home when he returned and fixed my Heater issue quickly, efficiently and professionally. I would highly recommend him to family and friends.

Al is fantastic and has earned a customer for life. Overnight our heating system didn't turn on and we awoke to a freezing home. Al was on his way out of town, but he took the time to troubleshoot over the phone. After I purchased a new thermostat and while I attempted to install it, Al called twice to check on my progress and talk me through the hurdles that arose from my amateur electrical work. System works great and I will continue to refer all of my friends to Al.

I will use Al and recommend him for all future plumbing and HVAC needs! We called in a panic last night when a corroded shut off valve under our sink blew apart and sent water flowing every which way. He responded fast to my inquiry and after looking over pics of the damage, told me he could be there early the next morning. He was very clear in his communication of what he was going to do and what he could do above and beyond the simple repair to avoid us future headaches. He had us up and running again in under an hour and guaranteed his work!
