I always like to do a quick review and a long one with more details. Quick version: Al is great. he does good work for a good price and doesn't take the easy or lazy way on a job. He offers competitive rates, ESPECIALLY given that he offers a GUARANTEE that he will come back to perform maintenance annually AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. See pics to show his work on our water heater. He even called a few days later to make sure everything was ok. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. TLDR version I met Al outside of Lowe's when he was fighting to get a, I guess, 125 lb water heater into his van all by himself. As a firm believer in common decency (unfortunately an oxymoron in these modern times) and the"karma credit club," I offered to help him. John Williams of Al’s Plumbing was a terrible experience for me . He took a large deposit and then he didn’t show up for quite awhile. I called him numerous times and very rarely did he answer the phone. When he did answer he said he would come to do the work and not show up. He has a very nice personality which makes it very dangerous to deal with him. I feel it is my duty to warn others about him!

I called Al bc I needed a new water heater.He was very professional and prompt. He came and looked at the problem we were having and the next day he came on time and replaced the water heater. I needed him to come back the next day because I wanted the water hotter. He came and regulated it. He is very busy but didn’t hesitate to come back. I would highly recommend Al. S Smith

This man totally took advantage of the situation. Gouged me pricewise pipes cut in the wrong place no receipts stood me up over a half a dozen times. Never returned despite constant calls and messages. promised information to work with insurance company and provided nothing. Needed a second plumber to fix all his mistakes.
