Al's Plumbing Works

I'm writing this on behalf of my neighbors who recently had a waterline break under their home. They called late in the day yesterday and Al's Plumbing Works arrived today. I was there for all of the conversations and was heading to the store when I passed by them on the way to my friends. I was gone only a short time and when I got back they were already finished. The two employees were friendly and professional. Very quick service, great price and excellent work. My neighbors and I highly recommend them.

I called Al's because my water pressure was low and they increased the pressure but now the overflow discharge pipe is now RUNNING (not leaking) hot water outside. I have called 5 different times to have them come back out and there's been no response. I have not accused them of any wrongdoing, however, I just want them to come back out and adjust it or tell me what's wrong and how much it is to fix it. I am not accusing them of anything but the problem still persists. I am willing to pay for the remedy but no one is returning my calls. The worst part of ignoring this repair is the running hot water is damaging my wooden handicap ramp.

I have used this company in past dealings and was well pleased. This time however, they came out, told me i had to replace line to street. I had to pay in advance, over $2,000. Guy said it would take 3 days for gas company to mark that line and then they would be out. It has been 7 weeks. My tenant has to go to her sister's to take showers or use the bathroom. I have called and called. Lately, they do not even answer the phone. I gave them a rating of 1 since i couldn't do a zero.

Awesome service! House water heater busted under house with water everywhere, but didn't find out until Saturday afternoon. Called Al's Plumbing at about 3:45 PM (most businesses would have already been closed or not available). Al said they were finishing up for the day, but he sent a crew to the house, while I went to Lowe's for a new water heater. His crew was at my house in about 30 minutes and had the old heater out when we got back with the new one. Randy and Chris had the new one installed in no time! Could not have been more pleased with their service! Thank you, Al's Plumbing Works!!

Had to have plumbing set up for new home. Called Al's they said would do the work. I purchased city permit, then called Al's to come do work. Called daily, secretary kept saying they would be in touch. Finally after getting a little heated with secretary Al calls said they would get out there this week. Never showed, never called back. All this was over span of a month. Finally, I replaced them with Pride Plumbing on the permit and moved on. I usually do not rate businesses poorly but felt this one needed to be so that others can avoid them.
