Alsea Bay Granite Unlimited

My shower project was just completed and I'm thrilled. I found everyone at Alsea Granite to be friendly, helpful and professional. I was glad to come home daily to progress and a clean work space from the crew. When I had questions my questions were answered calmly and professionally. Initially, I was impressed with the selection and the help with the design. Overall, I have been very impressed and I will recommend Alsea Granite.

I came in here twice to talk about getting some granite countertops installed in Newport for a new home my wife and I are going to be moving into. The first time I came alone, the second time I came with my wife. The woman there was friendly enough but could not provide prices for any of their stone products. Ok, no problem. My wife picked a few colors and the lady wrote them down. I was a given a business card and told to email my info and request to the email address on card. I did it right while I was in their showroom. That was about a week and a half ago. I thought maybe I typed it in wrong so I rechecked it last week and sent a follow up email asking if they had gotten the first email. Still no response. Been checking spam and email daily. Guess they don't want my business.

I dealt with Peyton and Justin for removal of existing kitchen backsplash and countertops and replace with solid surface material. They were both friendly, professional, helpful and made several good suggestions for remodel of my kitchen countertops. This was for a vacation home and my primary residence is 1000 miles away in San Diego. I was nervous about having the work done when I wasn't there. To my delight, the Job came out great and their ingenuity on cleanly incorporating a matching fireplace mantle and a few other odd areas was stellar. I have remodeled a lot of kitchens in my life and Alsea rates an A+ for reasons stated above. They know their product and their skillset is top notch. I highly recommend them. BTW, I think they also do floors.

Does not accept returns of unopened thinset. Nowhere is this proclaimed on the receipt or the store. Friendly staff and good products though.
