BEWARE! I had windows installed by Alside with a lifetime limited warranty. I have recently contacted them about a fog that developed between the glass of one of my double hung windows. I had this happen to another window years ago and it was replaced without cost to me. Now they say they only cover the cost of the glass and want to charge me $100 for installation and $49 for travel expenses. The piece of glass is only 19 x 28 INCHES!

Double hung windows leak where the top and bottom windows join . They came out a few times and added weather stripping to brand new windows which didn’t help . Windy cold days and you feel it . They just were not made right . Shouldn’t have to add weather stripping to windows we just spent $20,000 for and to no avail .
