Extremely poor quality windows. I had 5 of their 280 series vinyl windows installed in early 2020. Three years later all 5 of them were leaking water into the track during heavy rain. I attempted to file a claim on their supposed "lifetime warranty". I received one response a month later and then nothing for two months despite multiple attempts to contact them. They obviously have no intention of honoring their warranty. I had other windows from a different manufacturer installed around the same time and have had no issues with them. Alside offers low quality products and lower quality customer service. Update: they finally got a repair crew out in September after I filed the warranty claim in May. 4-1/2 months to get weep holes re-drilled since they weren't draining correctly. If it had

Came in to look at samples for windows and they don’t have the colors. Embarrassing for a business that sells windows not having samples to view so I know that the website and the color in person match.

Very disappointed with Alside. When they make a mistake they will NOT take ownership of it and will not fix it without you forking over MORE money. We had them replace a sliding glass door for us and each step of the way we were met with problems. When discussing with their sales rep when the door would be installed, we were told it would be in two weeks, and it ended up being 2 weeks later than that original date. I was also told they'd come in the morning and they ended up showing up in the middle of the afternoon while my kids were going to nap-making it impossible for them to sleep with the noise. When the installers got to the house they realized (after we had a gaping hole in our home) that the door that was ordered was the wrong door, opening the opposite way than what we wanted. T

Bought 10 windows through a sales company Dabella, Installers did a horrible job. Caulking and vinyl flashing failed within several weeks. Left inch wide gaps for rain and snow to get in. 2.5 years from install and they have yet to complete the sealing of the windows using caulk and their stick on vinyl flashing. 1 screen had a hole in, yet to be fixed. 3 windows have failed so far. Their contracted repair/installer from Intermountain Windows,Cam, was rude and unhelpful, he cancelled on me several times, and went to the wrong address in a different county on one appointment. Andrew Germain,project manager, at Alsides and Cam the installer, argued about the correct way to complete my remodel. As a general contractor, I decided to give this company a try starting with a few small orders, siding order that went well, then door order that went terribly, had to go back personally three times to return the wrong doors. After over a month I finally got the correct doors, they told me after they had terminated purchasing from trimco which was their supplier. Got an email from a Greg Hobbs months later, “meet your alside Rep” Explained I had a bad experience but I was willing to give them another try. Send the a larde door order schedule for quoting, they said they would do their best, still waiting.... Companies like this end up disappearing for lack of customer satisfaction, there is no secret sauce to success, get it right guys!
