I Emailed dimensions of a window order. They incorrectly translated the dimensions; which they admit. They want me to purchase a new window, which they'll deliver. Hell NO! I've been a customer for about 10 years, and have ordered about 100 windows from them. Be warned they won't own up to their mistakes. Mine was when I agreed to purhase this last window from them.
Great customer service. Had exactly what i needed at a fair price. From the front counter to the pick up at the loading dock everyone was courteous and professional
Alside has great products! I have their Mezzo windows and Ascend siding on my house, and I couldn't be happier with the look and energy savings.
I’ve been shopping with them for years. Their prodigy siding is a great product to put on a home. Windows are all made to size. Trim coil and caulking in multiple colors. Many accessories for all their products. Contractors only
