Alta Mechanical replaced my water heater two weeks ago. I am very glad I used Andrey. He is a professional and knows his craft. He was very responsive and communication was excellent. He replaced our heater within 36 hours of initial call. He said he wished it could be sooner but he was booked and tries to get water heaters installed quickly because no one wants to be without hot water. He provided options on water heaters with cost and detailed information. His price was fair and competitive. I am glad I took my brother's recommendation and used Andrey! Alta Mechanical did stunning service in one of my properties. Andrew replace the all plumbing including the water heater and the water softening system in a reasonable time. I highly recommend Alta Mechanical for your plumbing needs and peace of mind. André resolved my minor issues (clearing my clogged drains) as well as more serious problems - replaced the leaky washing machine valves on a stackable in a tight closet space and installed a tankless hot water system in place of a 16 year old tank in my attic of all places! As to non-plumbing items, Alta communicated clearly with me prior to and on my appointment day so I knew when to expect them; they cleaned up afterwards and maintained a friendly, courteous, professional and knowledgeable demeanor through all our interactions.
