Asa was a very polite and friendly rep for this pest control company. He was knowledgeable, anticipated questions and thorough in his inspection. He knew his product and its application processes which made the entire thing simple and quick. Inspection was free and the treatment he proposed was reasonably priced. I gave him a 5 star review.

They spray, they are friendly. But whatever they use does not work. I have spiders, ants and just about everything else everywhere. I understand they can't get it all, but it looks like nothing. Example; sprayed today. I saw a HUGE web attached to one of my cars and a tree. I came home after service, web still there. Spider as happy as can be. The people are very nice, the service is negative 5 stars.

I forgot to unlock the back gate, of course. But he did an amazing job. Was able to see from the camera that he got all the spiders and covered every inch of the yard that he was allowed to reach. Always professional and thorough.

These guys are very dishonest . Their sales team will lie directly to your face to get you to sign their BS contract . They take advantage of your credit card as they force you sign up for autopay and charge you for months they don’t even service your property . If you sign up for their “premium package “ , they won’t even complete all the items you’re paying for . Today when my house was “serviced” I asked the technician what all was included in todays service or my package and he said “ I honestly have no idea , I’ve only been here for a year “ . He confirmed he basically was there to complete part of what I’m actually paying for ( I had to explain to him what is included ) . Don’t get stuck in their contract as you will pay for services not completed , then have to pay a $390 cancelati

Tyler did an outstanding job! I'm sitting outside on my deck at 8 PM and haven’t seen a single insect, mosquito, bug, or even a spider web. He consistently goes above and beyond, and his customer service is truly exceptional—well above standard. I gladly give him a 5⭐️ rating—an easy A+!
