Alter Phase Roofing Contracting

I have been using Alter Phase between 2 properties for about a year now. I thought they only did roofing which was the 1st job I hired them for in early 2025. I couldn't be there but my brother and one of my tenants said they are very professional. Recently I had an emergency situation where I needed a job done quickly and I just asked if they did brick and concrete work also. They said they can do it and they did an excellent job in a timely fashion. I will definitely use them again.

Quick, reliable and does OUTSTANDING work. We had a leak on our roof and made calls and left messages. They were the only company that called me back with in 10 min, they gave me an appointment the same day to come out and check out our roof. When we agreed to use them they were back here in 2 days to replace the roof and did an amazing job. They were friendly, knowledgeable and answered every question we had with confidence. Needless to say I would recommend to anyone who maybe need their roof repaired or replaced

Shout to Mark and crew! Last snow storm did some damage to the gutters and fascia and needed replacing/repair. Mark came out same day I called, inspected and gave me a price, I put down a deposit, and his crew got everything done within a day. New gutters look great and fascia fixed. I would happily reach out to Mark again if I needed anything and definitely recommend to family and friends!
