Had an issue with my heat pump during a recent cold snap. It was Sunday night so I went to their website and booked an appointment for 8:30-11:30am Monday. Joe messaged and showed up at 7:30am! Took Joe no time at all to figure out my issue and he had me sorted out. He took time to explain my situation and had me check in with him on his personal phone later in the day to ensure all was good. Very impressed with the level of service and the reasonable pricing. Thanks for keeping us warm!

Danny at Alternative Aire did a great job with my HVAC system consultation. I told him the issues I was having, and he nailed down the root cause and offered some suggestions for improving the issue. Enrique came out and easily diagnosed what he thought was the issue from my description of it. Sure enough, he was right after he went up to look at the HVAC. Their website description is accurate - they do not push services or pressure you into spending more. Enrique provided options to fix the issue, whether we wanted to do it ourselves or have him do it and was transparent about pricing. This was about 2 months ago and our heater is working again like it used to without any issues - I would not hesitate to contact Alternative Aire again in the future.

Very easy to schedule a maintenance appointment online. The price was transparent (easy to find on the website) and a good value compared to other companies we have used in the past. Our technician, Joe Koehler, was friendly, courteous (wore shoe covers inside the house without being asked), punctual, and knowledgeable. We will continue use Alternative Aire in the future.
