Had thermostat go bad, there's. They came put new in but was cheap thermostat that will not program enough times to compensate for energy savings. It also turn on heat strips when it should not. Call to see if they would fix problem. Was told I authorized the cheap thermostat, but i didn't get asked. The office lady was not helpful at all. So I told her I wouldn't be calling again and she rudly to me that's my choice. To bad was long term customer.

Used this company back in July when our AC went out during a heat wave. He came right out and gave us an estimate, took them less than a week (we called right before weekend) to get us scheduled for a full AC and furnace install because both were over 25 years old! Price was fair (less than $6,000) for new units, installation, haul away of old units, labor, etc. they also came back at the beginning of the winter when our furnace wasn’t heating up and did a check and found a clogged drain that they cleared at no charge. They were all so polite and we had a great experience! I have recommended to several people using this company!

They were very quick with figuring out what was wrong, and fixed it as quickly as possible. Came to our residence when it was convenient for us.

I asked for a tune up on a rental unit to make sure it was working. No call back just a bill for over 300 dollar repair bill.
