On 09/19/24 I had a pickup at this place. Shipping personal very nice. But: load confirmation says 27 pallets roughly 37, 000 lbs. 27 pallets turn to be 5 stacks- two of them each with 6 pallets, other three- 5 pallets each. Each stack secured with plastic strips. And!!! They use high capacity industrial forklift to bring the load into the trailer. They just smiled when I made a remark that such a heavy equipment can’t be used inside the trailer . As it can break the floor. This equipment is for ground level use only. The answer was: we do it this way every day. Whereas at delivery / “Stoughton Parts” , Stoughton, WI/ their receiver simply cut the strips and brought the load out by three or two pallets at a time using regular dock forklift. Receiving open at 8 am. 10 pallets 40 minutes to unload. Nice guys

I called ahead to let them know I was running a little bit behind. They were VERY accommodating and unloaded my super quick. Guys at receiving are great to deal with.

Person doing receiving I very unhappy and takes it out on other people. I wouldn't be surprised if he does the same at his home
