Known alverez family for years. Excellent work. Juan works with you. Just did a rock garden for me in back yard . Beautiful work. Gets job done within days. Highly recommend them.

Just to let everyone know. They enter people's gates and steal things from inside. I caught them on camera stealing an air conditioner from inside my front gate. They had no permission to be on my property and I am not a client. They were across the street doing my neighbor's yard. He even made sure he opened and closed my wrought iron gate quietly! I also have video of him bringing the air conditioner to the truck that plainly says Alvarez & Sons

All was good on the first job I had Juan and his team do. They redid my mulch & replaced a few shrubs, cut down a few branches over my pool & sanded down my concrete that started lifting from a tree... loved the work so i asked them to do what they do to upkeep ny front yard! They came back maybe once & never heard from them again. I reached out for another job & it was never done nor did they ever come back!! VERY unprofessional.... not a good look

Ray did great at spraying and cleaning my yard quarterly for about a year and a half. I asked if he could some bigger projects and that’s when the problems started. We made a significant down payment to have irrigation done and for some rock. When the scheduled time came for the installation we couldn’t reach him for several days and he hadn’t tried to contact us, but he’d done such good work in the past I rescheduled. He still didn’t come out the day he said he would but he came and installed the irrigation (way too shallow in the back yard considering I have dogs, which was about 4 inches instead of the standard 11-12 inches), we scheduled a date for the rock to be out in and made another payment to cover labor of the irrigation and pay for the rock, with the final payment to be made whe

Jesus Alvarez Took $120 Dollars Up Front For A Month of Lawn Maintenance.....!! His Guys Showed Up Once.... Did A Very Lousy Job.... Mowed My Yard in Patches....Left Parts Un Mowed...The Parts that Were Mowed... The Grass Was Still Long And Looked Untouched...!! When I Took Pictures Of The Aftermath Of His Job...
