The brick stairs leading to our home were crumbling due to loose bricks, deteriorating mortar joints, and cracks. Miguel gave us a realistic quote and then sent a straightforward contract very quickly. His crew came (as scheduled) and did an excellent, professional job. Ten out of ten! Highly recommend!

I’d been considering having this work done for several years before I finally engaged Miguel at Alves Construction LLC. His rate was fair considering the work that needed to be done and he has the equipment, expertise and man power to do a job that exceeded my expectations!! Miguel and his team did an outstanding job with our front and backyard renovation. We had a landscape design that he reviewed and did exactly how I envisioned the design. There were many suggestions that he pointed out that were not in the design and I’m thankful he mentioned them as they are some of my favorite key points of the design. He really knows and has a vision for landscape make overs. Highly recommended, very friendly and personal. I would work with him again!

Miguel and his team did a fantastic job with our project. They constructed a beautiful stone retaining wall along our driveway and tied it into two tiered stone walls on our front hill creating garden beds. They also installed a paver walkway in front of the beds to the curb/street. Everything looks amazing and the work was done very quickly and efficiently. Miguel accommodated our timeline for when we wanted to complete the project and the whole team was very professional. They left the site clean and tidy every day. The project/results was exactly what we were looking for and at a very competitive price.

Our experience with Alves construction was a 10 out of 10. From the beginning, Miguel came out quickly to see what I was thinking of doing, gave me great ideas on the design of our patio I hadn't even thought of, and then got the estimate to us within 36 hours. He was available throughout the project to help qualm my worries and his team were total professionals. Shout out to Miguel,David, and Jose who went above and beyond to make me happy! I am so happy I found this company and will work with them on other projects in the future.
