Alves crew arrived like an army of 17 men, ripped off an old wooden shake roof in 5 hours, laid plywood, taped all the seams, felted, nailed up comp roofing with new skylight flashing and all new vent and plumbing flashings. There was a 6 man crew on cleanup... working like mad to haul all the old roofing in tarps across a field to a dumpster. They were done in a day and a half... have never seen anything like that. They were professional and courteous. They loved working for Mike Alves and his sons, said they took really good care of them, bought the best trucks and equipment to make the roofing teams lives easier. We had our property excavated by Alves and they installed asphalt. They are a GREAT company to work with. Everything they said they would do they did! Every time they said they would show up they did! They are professional and perfectionists. We just had a new roof and gutters installed by Alves Roofing. The products are great and the installation was fantastic. They arrived on time, they worked hard and respected our property. They tarped the ground and cleaned up everyday before leaving. The foreman kept us updated on the job progression. We would recommend them highly.

I am compelled to write this review after the most professional, kind and respectful interaction I had with the Alves roof repairers that came to my house today. I called at 8:30am to report a leak I found during the storm this past weekend and in 2 hours they had guys at my house to assess what was going on. They got right to work, knew how to assess the extent of the damage and repaired everything so wonderfully. They gave me updates as they were working explaining what they were doing and showing me pictures of the damage so I would be aware what was going on and even let me come up on the ladder when they were done to take a look at their excellent work. I am so impressed and grateful for their professionalism and prompt work. Thank you Nick and crew!
