Always Cool, LLC

Had my upstairs AC condenser and coil replaced with Always cool. They provided me with an over the phone rough estimate and came out to confirm it. Installation was done timely with better labor warranty than most other companies. Price was competitive also. Thank you Paul and Clay for your help.

They have installed 5 or 6 new HVAC systems for me over the last few years at my various properties. Their prices are very competitive up front. The problem is, they Will Not come back and fix mistakes they made or honor their one year warranty, they are just not Reputable anymore. They wired the last system wrong and did not put in a new thermostat, so we had problems!!!, After repeatedly calling the owner and leaving messages, emails and text for several weeks, we had to pay another HVAC company to come fix their installation mistakes. You will Save money by using a reputable company who will come back if there are any problems. I would highly recommend you use a reputable HVAC company. This company has an "F" rating with the Better Business Bureau

I called Paul Wilson (owner) and he quoted me a very reasonable price compared to 3 other installers to replace my furnace, air handler and outdoor unit. He was able to get me on his schedule within 3 days also. The installers that arrived were incredibly nice, very knowledgeable and hard workers. They went above and beyond to make sure that the installation was seamless. I am completely pleased with Always Cool and will refer them to everyone I know that needs HVAC installation or service.

I cannot say enough about this company!! We had our entire unit replaced by Always Cool and the work was flawless. We are new to the area and didn’t know who to call when we needed an additional hvac. We got quotes from 8 companies. We called always cool and Paul came out the next day to look over everything and to give an estimate. Paul was friendly, very knowledgeable and gave us several options. He was never pushy during his trip here. His crew showed up the next day and started the work. The crew was friendly, knowledgeable, respectful and willing to explain anything during the process.
