I had a great experience with Always Plumbing & Drains. I first called to set up an appointment and Lance picked up the phone. He was very professional and knew what my problem was right away. Then I was able to have a same day service in a few hours. Jose was the technician who came by and he was also very professional. He looked at my kitchen sink, recommended a few tasks that was problematic, and resolve the issue. The problem I had was that my kitchen sink had low water pressure, and the problem was the aerator. However, I also had two leaks and a pipe connected to the tub that was leaking, that Jose also took care of. Overall the experience was great and I am a satisfied customer. Jose was outstanding. He explained the process showed me the issues even cleaned the bathroom sink and put all the stuff back underneath the sink. What a great business outstanding customer service. I will always call them for my plumbing needs. You won’t be disappointed if you do also!!
