Always There Air

I cannot say enough good things about Always There Air. During the winter storm over the weekend, when most companies wouldn’t even answer the phone, Caleb Gilbert, the owner, was the only person who picked up my call — and that call was at midnight. That alone says a lot. Caleb and his tech Abiel came out and were incredibly professional and honest. Abiel gave me solid advice, explaining that my unit was about 15 years old and on its last legs, and recommended replacement — but with zero pressure. Instead of pushing a top-of-the-line system, they suggested a unit comparable to what I had before, a Lennox 19 SEER, 3-ton system, which I really appreciated. It’s been a really long week! Our AC unit bit the dust. My neighbor down the street has his own company, so Saturday I decided to take a pic of the truck with the phone# on it. The owner Caleb happened to be outside with his son and twin boys and I told him I would call Monday to make an appointment. He said nonsense, he sent one of his guys to my house within a couple hours. Caleb also came down and after checking it out thoroughly we discussed all my options. Mind you, my equipment is 17 years old and has been babied for 2 years to keep it running. The same day he sent me 5 estimates on units with a good explanation as to what each unit offered. I made my choice and he ordered all the equipment. We agreed to them coming Wednesday because I had already had my roof scheduled to be replaced

Caleb and his team were outstanding from start to finish. They were on time, professional, and communicated clearly throughout the entire process. The installation of my mini-split unit in the garage was done flawlessly, and their attention to detail really stood out. The customer service was top-notch, and it’s clear they truly care about their work and their clients. I would absolutely recommend Caleb and his company for any HVAC needs. A+++

Can’t say enough good things about both Caleb and Michael. I had to replace my A/C units last year and they gave me a bid. I ended up going with a different company. However, this was strictly based on price. I did have some issues with the other companies install. However, these guys were nice enough to help me troubleshoot via text/calls. This really shows how much they care about the customer. I did get some other work done by them. They installed a dehumidifier in my attic since I have foam insulation. It is way more comfortable up there. They also did HEPA whole house filters and everything is great. If you’re looking for an honest company that truly puts the customer first this company is it. My next A/C install will definitely be from them regardless of price.
