This company should be ashamed of how they treat people. I’m in my 70s and dealing with health issues, and A&M Air Conditioning Services has left me completely stranded. They came out, worked on my system, it stopped working 2 days later. My warranty company approved additional repairs on 9/2, and since then A&M has ghosted me. They’ve read my texts and ignored them, and I’ve called several times with no return call. Thank goodness for cameras all around my home. To leave an elderly person with health concerns without AC and without so much as a courtesy call is beyond unprofessional it’s heartless. The man that helped us was so kind, honest, and answered every question we asked. I honestly wish I remembered his name because he helped us through every step of the way. Mind you the wait on the actual appliances isn’t their fault. So please be mindful and respectful to these hardworking people. It’s ridiculously hot and they are helping countless households in the surrounding areas. God bless him, y’all, and your families! ❤️

Came out same day requested. Very prompt and professional. However then the problems started. He called the next day and said AHS have approved replacement of the unit at no additional cost and as soon as it was delivered he would install . It’s now over a week later I still have no AC IN SOUTHERN TEXAS and both AHS and The technician are saying two different things. Warranty company says they approved replacement of AC condenser and air handler. Technician says it was approved for full replacement. Have been calling all day and A&M is not returning my calls or to the warranty company.

Now I want to start off by saying this is partly my fault for not dealing with this issue sooner. A&M Air Conditioning is a service provider for American Home Shield and this is the only way I would have used them. Back in September after being the second provider to look at an issue we were having with our AC ducts we were provided a quote by A&M for repairs not covered by our warranty. A&M quoted $1200 dollars to change out up to six register boxes(boots) and reseal all the other boxes for our AC. This was only verbally shared with me. I waited until a cooler season and called A&M in December and I was asked to contact them again in January which I did. No response. February. No response. Now its March and I reached out to them and AHS and I got a response. I was able to get an appointme
