Sam was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Great customer service. I was not able to find what I needed, but they were very helpful in pointing me in the right direction.

Came in asking for a blower for my unit and they said they only have one, but if I buy it it’s a final sale. No refunds. I asked the person if it was compatible with the one I needed and the young lady said it was the same thing. It will work. I didn’t purchase because one didn’t seem sure. So I left to and call another company to find out it’s an ECM part and that a simple one will not work. I found it sneaky to tell me it was good and it will work just to sell me a non-refundable part. They lost my trust.
