This is a professional air conditioning equipment company. All kinds of supporting products and all kinds of parts are complete.

This company was used to ship out some car wrap vinyl for us. The package is now lost in transit. I called and spoke with a young lady who was less then helpful who stated I needed to take it up with UPS. I was shocked at her response. She stated that once it leaves their facility it is no longer their concern and I have to take it up with UPS. This is insane to me. There is info that UPS will only provide the shipper and they are not even willing to assist with this.

We have being Conducting business with AM Distributors, for 3 years now and we have always being treated with respect and like a family. If I could give a zero rating, I would. One of their trucks was in Key Largo and blatantly ran a red light and almost hit my vehicle with my young daughter in it. When I called the company to report their driver and told them what happened, the response was "And what do you want me to do about it?" Seriously?!? That is the answer after one of your drivers is driving recklessly?? Absolutely unacceptable.
