AM Landscaping and Tree and banquet hall

I ordered 2 chords of firewood from this company and it was the worst load of firewood I've ever received. I've been buying firewood from local businesses for nearly 30 years and I'm used to getting clean, evenly cut wood that is ready for stacking. The load I received from this company was unevenly cut, full of wood chips and dirt that was hidden under some nicely cut pieces on top of the pile. Once we started stacking we noticed the garbage that was hidden underneath. We called to complain but could not get in touch with the owner of the business. We started stacking the usable pieces and put the trash in another pile. Numerous calls were made to the company and when I finally talked to the owner he said he would come right over with some clean wood. It took several hours for him to come

Ordered 2 ready to burn , delivered at night so I couldn't see. Mostly junk, super thin and small blocks thrown in. After stacking realized is was less than 1.5 chords !! Called him and said he would deliver the other half and 1 other chord I originally ordered 3. Has since blown me off and blocked me even though I was very patient and understanding. Run from this guy!!!! Andy if you read this (I'm certain you will) I'm not the guy you want to screw over. I will give you 2 more days to drop my wood BETTER QUALITY or you will see me again!

Worst firewood I have ever seen. I have been getting firewood for 30 years and never saw trash like this.. Poor quality and scrap peices. The other portion was not even split properly. Do not do business with him. You are guaranteed to be disappointed. He's a coward that won't pick up his phone and hides behind his woman. He is one and done.. We can replace the money but his name will follow him for life. He takes advantage of senior citizens. I hope you are proud. You are doing damage to black business, shame on you.

This company was supposed to drop of firewood for my home. The 30 minutes after he was supposed to be here, I called to see where he was (after having confirmed earlier that morning). He said he got delayed and would come the following day. 30 minutes after he was supposed to arrive I called and he said he just found his keys and would be over around 4. Around 4 I called to see if he was coming and he rushed me off the phone saying he was coming but got tied up, ending the call by yelling the F word into the phone. I called the office an hour later to see if he was coming and then was told he was on his way and would call when he got close. He never showed. Highly recommend you avoid this guy.

Same story as the other reviews. Purch and reviewed on FB marketplace…owners response? “You’re full of shit”. Everywhere I find this company I find 1-star rating. Thanks for the profane public response Andy. An apology given the fact that you do not deliver as advertised would have been enough. As a reminder, you’re in customer service, I don’t imagine for very long.
