THIS PLACE HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! I WAS HUNG UP ON AFTER TRYING TO GET A CLEAR UNDERSTANDING OF THEIR PRICES. I INFORMED HIM THAT HE WAS 5 MINUTES AWAY FROM ME AND WANTED TO KNOW IF THEY STILL PLANNED TO CHARGE ME A $25 FEE TO COME OUT. HE IMMEDIATELY GOT UPSET, STARTED OVER-TALKING ME AND CUTTING ME OFF. HE THEN SAID “YOU EITHER WANT ME TO COME OUT OR NOT” AND THEN HUNG UP THE PHONE IN MY FACE AND BLOCKED ME WHILE I WAS TALKING. FOR YOU TO BE RUDE TO A CUSTOMER WHEN THEY ARE IN A BIND IS UNACCEPTABLE AND DISTASTEFUL CONSIDERING I HAVE DONE BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY BEFORE IN THE PAST. I’M NOT SURE WHAT CHANGED OVER THE YEARS BUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE U PROVIDED TO ME TODAY WAS BOTTOM BARREL AND UNSATISFACTORY. AS A BUSINESS OWNER, YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED.
Jeff came on time and was a cool guy. I would recommend him to any one who needs a locksmith.
