I called AMPM Appliance Services on Monday morning about a loud squealing noise coming from our dryer. Jason answered right away, gave me a clear $65 diagnostic estimate (applied toward the repair), and was able to schedule a same‑day appointment. He also kept me updated and let me know when the technician, Todd, was on the way—about 30 minutes before arrival. Todd was great to work with. He listened, diagnosed the issue quickly, and never tried to upsell anything. He gave us a fair estimate and ordered the parts, which arrived the very next day. Once again, Jason notified us 30 minutes before Todd returned. The repair was smooth, professional, and exactly as quoted. Reliable, honest, and efficient service from start to finish. Highly recommend.

If I could give AMPM Appliances more than five stars, I absolutely would. I reached out to them after seeing their near-perfect reviews (seriously, it’s like the entire city is in love with them), and they proved every glowing comment true. Jason, the General Manager who’s been with AMPM for over 20 years, responded to my message in under 20 minutes. That alone shocked me. I was calling for my 94-year-old mom, whose very rare Fisher & Paykel washing machine had suddenly quit mid-cycle, leaving clothes and water everywhere. I'm very impressed with AMPM Appliance. Very knowledgeable, friendly, almost immediate response. Even after hours. Jason told me over the phone how to fix my refrigerator. He said defrost it first, if it didn't help he will send Kevin to examine the unit. They could have charged me a lot for a repair but Kevin said there were many other problems. He was honest and recommended we buy a new one at a store. He recommended some brands and said stay away from others. I highly recommend them for all appliances.

My old Gaffers and Sattler microwave had failed . This equipment was the type that is part of a combination oven and microwave. Gaffers and Sattler are no longer in business. Jeff helped me remove the oven and I took it over to their shop on Bryant. I was totally surprised when they contacted me and advised repairs were possible. The microwave is now back in the kitchen and works like new. This company treated me in an honest and fair manner. I offered to pay extra for multiple service calls but that offer was declined. I will use them again and highly recommend them to others.
