Don't go here if you are in a hurry or need to talk to someone who knows what they are selling. I honestly walked into the sales counter and showed the sales person a piece of hardware that they sell and her response to me was " do you expect me to know what that is"? why yes, yes I do. You work sales at a cabinet supply house, you should have a clue what you are selling. Also, average time from paying until the bring out your plywood is between 20 and 45 minutes.....

The lady who answers the phone has an attitude and offers terrible customer service. She sounds like she resents working for this company. I had to request to speak to someone else because she literally didn’t even want to be of assistance. Do better A&M

Im a truck driver who got here to deliver a load at 1400 and I was told that I have to wait until next day 0800 to get unloaded ridiculous

Delivered Particle board here, very quick unload. Must have unload appt and don't be late. Entrance is on 68th Street, follow green line and park on the red line and unsecure,untarp. Back up into dock blue dot. Recving starts at 0800, NO OVERNIGHT PKG.

They tried to sell us one peice of ply wood during hurricane Milton for $200. Will have you wait for two hours in a line to then let you know after your wait that a single sheet will be marked up over 200% laws are in place to prevent this from happening.
