They stock parts that are hard to find - except online. If you need it now - this is the place. I have an old oil burner - so Home Depot doesn't even carry parts for it. They carry generic replacements which have to be adapted, and even those parts have to be ordered. It's the same story online - exact replacements are there but take days to be delivered. And Yes - you may save a few dollars. Time is Money. So, it's a wash - except you get it now. Another advantage is that you can see if it is the correct item - no returns or exchanges which has happened to me online. Also, support the local economy.

Top level customer service , very satisfied with the way I was treated. Great prices too. You guys at the front desk gained a Customer for life today.

I called in to see if they had a part I needed and the guy over the phone said it was $43. Then when I went to the store to buy it, he said it was for $53?! I told him I was told $43 when I called. He replied "oh, you want it for $43, I'll give it to you for $43." Be aware, these guys will try to rip you off if you don't appear to be a regular.

They went above and beyond to find a very difficult part which others had failed to find. Call after call until they found what I needed. Greg even came in on Saturday Dec. 30th right before New Year and during storm. Great experience!!
