It was Jordan and Tim. Jordan called before he showed up and then he arrived on time. He was polite and respectful. Customer service was not only one of the highlight trademarks of this company, a quality, thorough and efficient job completion is how they left our home. Our AC stopped working. Jordan was able to troubleshoot it and make a decision that caused the least amount of structural alterations to the home yet had the most proficient effect. All big words aside, they left the job site, very clean and maintained a professional attitude and did. not leave until we were satisfied. I hope we don’t have any more AC issues in the future, but if we do, Jordan and Tim at air, Masters Amarillo will be our only call! Amarillo Air Masters installed our HVAC system in 2008 when our house was built and has been maintaining the system ever since. When I call for service I am always treated in a friendly and professional manner. The impression I get is that I am an important customer and they want to insure my HVAC needs are met. Even though they have more than one technician, it seems as though Tim is assigned to me as he has responded the few times we required preventive maintenance or a service call. Tim is highly skilled and knowledgeable and thoroughly explains what he is doing or what corrective action is required.
