We had a really great experience with Amarillo Solar Shade Co. Ryan Grady was easy to work with, very knowledgeable, and kept everything moving smoothly from start to finish. They replaced all of the low-quality contractor windows that came with our home with Marvin Infinity windows, and the difference has been immediate. We’ve noticed less dust coming into the house, less outside noise, and much better temperature control indoors. They also replaced our contractor-grade front and patio doors with solid steel doors and added storm doors to both. On top of that, they installed new gutters and repaired/replaced siding that had been damaged during a hail storm. Jason Myers, who owns the company, went above and beyond to assure this transition was carried out perfectly--evolving from an outdoor patio to a view of our back yard through beautiful windows while enjoying the blessings of a climate-controlled room. When we sit in the new sunroom it actually feels like we ARE outside! It is our favorite room for relaxing, reading, or playing games with our grandchildren. Matt, who did an excellent job as the supervisor of the project, and other workers on the team were friendly, thoughtful and enjoyable to be around while they accomplished assignments for their areas of expertise. We own a 2 story home that overlooks Lake Tanglewood just outside of Amarillo. My wife loves plants and has many that she brings into the house during the winter. As such, we discussed a number of options on someplace other than the living room to bring them in to. After lots of discussion we decided on having a sunroom added on to the second story with an already existing cement deck on the outside first floor. We talked with Del and Jason with Amarillo Solar Shade and they quickly came up with a plan that would provide us everything we were looking for! The sales people were helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous. The billing process was well explained and easy to understand. They were extremely helpful in explaining all of the choices on our door and side panel selections. The installers were very professional and extremely efficient. The installers were very courteous, personable and friendly. They were very patient with me while I watched and asked many questions. The job was done in a timely manner and I could not have been happier with their work. We think the door and panels that we selected were of the utmost beauty and quality and we could not be happier with our selection and Amarillo Solar Shade Co. Great people and great company.
