Amarr Garage Doors

I purchased a 50 x75 ft building complete with Amarr garage doors. (2x) 10’x10’ & (1x) 12’ x14’ insulated sectional doors. Due to the length of time for fabrication of the building, filing permits, clearing, getting a contractor for the concrete, a contractor to erect the building and a door installer, over a year has transpired. The local Amarr distributor repeatedly called about delivering the doors which I accepted in December even though the building wasn’t scheduled to be done til the summer. The Amarr distributor delivered the doors using their own truck and driver. Since they would be stored for a while I asked if they would leave the rolling cart they were strapped to and they did. Myself and the driver put the doors inside my house garage in December 2023. Fast forward to July 2

The reason that I love this place is because their staff treats all of their customers respect, no matter if you're their biggest customer or their smallest customer. I feel like family every time I walk through their doors! Frank is their general manager and he's as bright as they come! He's always there to help whenever I need it, and he's not too good to do the smallest tasks like pull orders or help load my truck. The assistant manager, Nate, follows in Frank's footsteps! Now the two guys in the back, Joe and Dejuan, are some of the most helpful and professional people that I've ever met. D always helps me remember the small things that I need for my jobs because he knows that sometimes I'm forgetful. Their attitude and Customer Service is out of this world. I recommend any garage door

Consistently Frank and Nate go above and beyond whether on the phone or over emails. These guys know their product and always make my job easier, I simply can not say enough about them!!!!
