I should’ve taken it as a red flag when I saw this business only had a handful of reviews. I made an appointment for duct cleaning and AC maintenance estimate. It was a 2 week wait, I had to take the day off of work because the only window they had available was between 12-4pm. I was told I would get a call 30 minutes prior to arrival. Day of, I never hear anything, I call at 330pm and the woman tells me I’m last on the route. 430 rolls around and I call back again, and she tells me they already arrived and left early in the morning. I don’t get the 4 hour window if you show up hours before the window WITHOUT EVEN CALLING AHEAD, and never reach back out to the customer. If there’s one thing I hate, it’s wasting my time. Save your time and money and find a more reputable company… I’
