Franco was excellent. I had a crack in my pool wall and skimmer. I had three different companies come out and Franco was the only one that properly diagnosed the issue. The repair was quick and professional. Extremely happy with the results.

Terrible service! Do not use.. they only throw a jug of chlorine in the pool and barely skim the top.. they never brush my pool until i tell them to. I got stains all over my pool because of their service and they do not want to own up to it. Franco, the owner says has nothing to do with his guys and makes up all these excuses. I took the water to a pool store to test and there were no chemicals in the pool at all plus all of this phosphate. If you have services with them already, better test your water each time they leave… and if you think about hiring them DO NOT! Straight crooks!

The first time I called Franco he came by to repair my pool pump, in which I already knew was working on borrowed time due to its age. The next time I called him was to replace it, and since then, everything's been working smoothly. Franco's very knowledgeable and explains things very well if you have any questions for him, and just an overall nice person who I wouldn't hesitate to call if I happen to need any type of pool related service down the road again.

I just had Amazon Pool Service switch my pool over to a new salt water system. The install was done quickly, fairly priced and my pool looks great! You can always count on Franco and his team to do a great job!

Franco is great! He’s friendly, prompt, responsive (including via text, which is a huge plus), professional, and does a great job. He replaced my salt system’s motherboard in the control panel when it failed and also replaced the light bulb in my stubborn fixture. He even let me borrow a jug to fill with chlorine while my salt system was down. I very highly recommend Franco’s services.
