They charged us more than the amount it says on the sign and what it says on our printed ticket! Then they charged us again for another $35 2 days later!! We had to cancel our card a dispute the transactions. We still had the printed ticket for proof.

Veronica did a wonderful job navigating some challenges with a particular visa I needed in addition to a renewal. She’s extremely responsive and knowledgeable about the state department and their processes. I would highly recommend her.

The place where we parked had no one in the pay booth to pay to, and there was NO pay machine to pay for the parking. Now getting a letter saying it’s been 10 days since we last parked and now have to pay a late fee..PSSH! Never got the first letter saying “hey we are who you pay for that parking”....had to Google their info since all they put was the pay-here website on the letter and nothing else..left them a message and still waiting to hear back

Find somewhere else to park!!!! got ticketed for not having my ticket in the dash when I was still in the car and the guy giving the ticket was very unreasonable and had no clue what he was doing called the company and the guy explained nothing to me I'm out of state and just an extreme waste of time

Worst parking ever, they have sold several spots to a weed store at 16th and Larimer and threatened to tow my truck for parking in a public spot, total BS.
