Amber Water Pros

Unfortunately - Amber seems to have gone the way of many post-pandemic companies. PLEASE BE WARNED that when they installed my pump in 2021, they seemed to be reputable and honest. Now that I need help with service, they are missing in action. I left messages (3 for Jim alone) and not even a courtesy call back. Now I need to scramble to find a reliable resource to help get us back on line. No water for two days and counting. There seems to be some good water/well companies around, so I would absolutely recommend looking elsewhere.

They did a great job from beginning to end. They were incredibly responsive and set up a free visit to test the water and to see where the system would go. During the visit, they went over the water results and explained how to best treat our water. The installers did good work, and the equipment runs well. I have no complaints, and highly recommend the Amber Water Pros.

A nightmare to deal with since 2023. Salesman lied regarding water tank and well system install--issues with system over and over again. Team left old gasket on new plumbing install--gasket burst and sent dirty groundwater into well--they didn't bother to sanitize the well when they made the repair. I ended up with contaminated water (NYS law requires sanitation whenever well work of ths type is done) I called to have well sanitized and a purification system installed...called them because the well, etc is under warranty (turns out that is B.S. too) they didn't even measure correctly or order the right parts--then the pump gave out...apparently Amber's warranty isn't as represented. When my mother's house ran out of water, I relied on Google reviews to find someone to fix it. Those reviews brought me to Amber Water Pros. Not only did Brendan come out and get her water running that day, but diagnosed a problem with the well water flow and offered a solution. Brendan thoroughly explained the issues so we understood the work he was recommending that needed to be done. Because of the work they did, AWP has improved the water pressure in her home and the quality of the water. Working with AWP was a great experience. I would highly recommend!

I would highly recommend this company they excelled at everything showed up on time worked efficiently fair pricing clear communication I don't recommend many people I do recommend this company trust me when I say choosing the wrong company will cost you twice as much choose these guys you won't be disappointed they had a full well pump replacement to do and got it done very efficiently in horrible weather at that thank yall
