Jim and Elle are a pleasure to work with. Their showroom in Bonita is a masterpiece. We were warmly welcomed and had several questions answered on our first impromptu visit. We were interested in replacing countertops in our kitchen and master bath. Taking samples of the quartz home was a big help. We replaced the kitchen countertops, installed a back splash, cut a bar top countertop down to counter height and installed a new sink, faucet, cooktop and under cabinet lighting.Replaced countertops and sinks in the master bath. Luke Kleinsasser was wonderful to work with. I was pretty decided on what I wanted to do for our kitchen remodel, he listened and offered some suggestions which were great and worked with what I wanted on other items. He took time to discuss each stage of the process and give time lines, and the computer renderings made it much easier for my husband to see what I already had in my head. Everything went very smoothly and any concerns were addressed as quickly as possible. There was a short delay due to a cabinet needing to be reordered due to a very weird angle in our wall. The installers did a meticulous job and I am so pleased with the looks of the finished product. Luke was always very professional and prompt to respond when I needed to contact him.

From the minute we walked in the door of their show room, Jim was fantastic. We had multiple quotes for a kitchen remodel and they were all more than our budget. Jim was out at our house within a couple of days. He drew up a plan with in another couple of days and low and behold, it was amazing and in our budget! We needed the kitchen done in a month and a half and Jim made sure it happened. The kitchen by ambiance installers and the sub contractors (floors and dry wall) were always on time and professional. Jim would stop by and check on the progress often. He would respond within 30 minutes, everytime we had a question or concern. The results were better than I could imagine. We sold our house recently and I believe that we got more for our house because of the kitchen, than what we paid

We used Ambiance two years ago to renovate our kitchen and they did and OUTSTANDING job. They just finished our primary bathroom remodel and it is spectacular. They were closely involved from start to finish and the results exceeded our expectations. We would highly recommend them.

We had a kitchen in mind before we contacted Kitchens By Ambiance in September. We started working with Dan and felt he was a good fit for us. We became aware of some new features of a kitchen that we had not known about such as automatic opening doors. Working with him was great! He suggested a major modification to our original countertop design that, as it turns out, was a great idea. It's so much more functional and open. It took about 2-3 weeks to get our kitchen designed, a few weeks to get the cabinets made and shipped. They began construction in early December and the project was completed by Christmas. What we like most about working with Kitchens By Ambiance is that they were very quick, very efficient, and anytime there was an issue, they took care of it immediately.
