Ambient Comfort

The Ambient Comfort team did an awesome job helping us upgrade our 30 year old oil boiler to a high efficiency gas boiler. Our house has a very complicated setup where the boiler supplies our domestic hot water, hot water coil and radiant floor heating tubes. Ryan, John and Kevin took great care making sure the new system ran efficiently, was designed with easy maintenance in mind and would last another 30 years. Shout out to George for providing amazing customer service through the entire process!

Our service provider was Joe… he was very thorough. Explained our options, consequently we needed our appliance replaced. That afternoon George from Ambient came to review replacement options for our tankless hot water heater. We are very grateful that he made a difficult situation very simple and affordable for us. The next day the installers arrived at 8:00am. Ryan and Tony were excellent!! They worked diligently to have our newly installed hot water heater up and running and we had hot water by noon. We are very pleased with this Company.. highly recommend their service!!

My experience with A.C. was quite unique. Three of their workers came out to help diagnose why my heater wasnt working properly. Let me share that all 3 workers were very professional, worked hard, and thought they had found a solution. Unfortunately, it wasnt the workers....it was my energy efficienct, state of the art HVAC system that was causing the problem and making things tricky for everyone! It was a unique problem! The next worker to come out was Dan. He went over and above. He researched, waited, read, tried all sorts of things and would not give up. He worked hard for 6 hours, and then teamed up & worked along with Brandon to find a lasting solution to give me heat. And what a team they were! I now have heat and my house is nice and toasty! The process was excellent. When you lose your heat on the coldest day of the year and someone is sent out as quickly as possible, it makes a difference. The team, Joe, who did the original inspection, George, who coordinated the finances and explained our options very clearly and John and Paul who did the installation were professional, friendly and very neat! I would highly recommend Ambient for you HVAC needs.
