I called AMC Appliance Repair on a Saturday afternoon desperate to fix my fridge right before going out of town, and they were able to fit me in the very next afternoon! The individual who answered my call (in one ring!) was professional and kind, and clearly communicated and contacted me back exactly as they said they would. The combination of phone calls and texting made the information exchange and overall process extremely clear and easy. Incredible experience. Above and beyond any expectations I could have had for getting our dryer repaired. Scheduling was easy and the office was communicative. Adam Cameron arrived early when my son was napping and was kind enough to whisper and refrain from using power tools during the repair. 100% would recommend to anyone in the area that needs a fix and will be asking for Adam by name next time we do.
